Hello and blessings,
It is truly painful to read what you have written.
Not long ago, I wrote about the issue of workplace mistreatment, and I deeply relate to what you are going through.
Workplace harrassment is one of the most harmful abuses of power and authority.
I wish I had an answer for what is holding you back and preventing you from leaving the toxic environment you are in.
What have I learned from my experiences? At least one small piece of advice:
When you go to an interview for a potential new job, try to enter with as much positivity as possible. Do not carry frustration, bitterness, or a sense of despair.
People interviewing you do not respond well to these emotions, even though your pain is completely justified.
It may be that by approaching these opportunities with a brighter outlook, you will receive the same in return from those on the other side.
Wishing you all the best, and may the new year open doors to new opportunities for you,
Yuval Cherlow
