I don’t know if and why there is this exemption. The latest events have only proven that if this truly is in effect – we must immediately rescind it. Alongside this, we must reevaluate the paths to obtaining a permit so that organization of any event does not become a nightmare, leading to abstaining from having events due to the great amount of instructions and requirements.
