Lets discuss the three aspects of the topic:
- Is it permissible to upload videos of one punishing their child to the internet? We have already written a number of times that this is an action that hurts children, and even puts them at risk. We do not upload content of our children to the internet, and for sure not videos such as these.
- What should I do? As much as you can, make your friends aware of the great risks of uploading content of one’s children to the internet (there are many research papers on this) and understandably the issue of causing harm to one’s children.
- The State – the State cannot enter into any inappropriate topic, for then we will become a police state, with harsh laws and unending controversy, etc. The tool is the community, such as with your sensitivity, and this is how we can stop this.
